Dr. Bhagat obtained a diploma in psychological medicine from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in London, England. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Saint John General Hospital. He is also a Doctor of Medicine from Bihar University in India.
He gained five years of professional experience in rural communities in Primary Health Centers and three years of experience as a junior teacher at RIMS in India. Dr. Bhagat has more than 35 years of experience in the field of psychiatry in Manitoba and Ontario. His extensive knowledge of psychological medicine and experience allows him to provide individualized services tailored to the needs of the patient.
