We offer rapid access to your family doctor, as well as access to diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.

Our doctors also offer obstetrics and gynaecology services, paediatric follow-up and follow-up for mental health problems, as well as family care. Contact your nearest clinic for more information.

If you need specialist services, your family doctor works closely with other health professionals in the ELNA Médical network to refer you to the specialist and care you need.

If your family doctor or another doctor at the same clinic is not available, we will refer you to an urgent care (walk-in) clinic where you can receive prompt treatment.

In Quebec, our FMG clinics use a patient-centred approach to provide exceptional primary care to adults and children of all ages. Our compassionate providers listen to your concerns, build relationships with patients and use the latest technology to simplify every aspect of your care. Consultations are covered by RAMQ.

If you don't have a family doctor, you can find one online using the Quebec Family Doctor Search Portal (GAMF), which can also be used to find a family doctor who is accepting new patients. You can also contact our private medical clinics for information on other options.
