Our team will follow up on your results and contact you as soon as possible if a result is abnormal. We can also help arrange specialist appointments and coordinate the next steps in your care.
We welcome patients aged 14 and older for private medical care and patients aged 3 and older for lab tests. Tourists and international students are also welcome, subject to the requirements of each service.

Book a private medical appointment for a health assessment, a concern or follow-up care. Whether or not you have a family doctor, we’ll help you choose the right service.

Get a referral when needed
If you need specialist care, your doctor can refer you to the public specialist clinic in the same complex. For ELNA Private Care members, our team helps book appointments and coordinate follow-up.

ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services and are not covered by RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately. Its services are covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, require a medical referral and are subject to availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee registration with the family medicine group (GMF), priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.
