Dr. Gilbert is a certified specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her medical training and specialization at McGill University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Health Systems Administration from the School of Public Health at Université de Montréal. She enjoys practicing and teaching obstetrics and general gynecology with a special interest in colposcopy, abnormal bleeding and contraception.
Since 2016, she has been the co-lead of the AMPRO program at St. Mary’s Hospital, an initiative to improve the quality of obstetric care. In this role, she has developed a passion for patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
