Dr. Lebovich is an expert in nephrology with more than 15 years of practice in the field. A graduate of McMaster University and McGill University, she has practised as a nephrologist at several major healthcare institutions, including the Royal Victoria Hospital (McGill University Health Centre) and the Charles LeMoyne Hospital.
Her career took a turn when she became Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. It was there that she became aware of the obstacles faced by carers in establishing meaningful relationships with their patients. She discovered the healing power inherent in strong, mutually beneficial relationships between patients and caregivers. Armed with this revelation, she founded Yagrumo, a company that equips healthcare professionals with the essential skills to create healthy, rewarding, and successful relationships with their patients.
