Dr. Mina Wahba Morcos is an academic orthopedic surgeon with expertise in complex hip and knee replacement surgery. He completed his undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy at McGill University followed by a medical degree at Laval University. He did his Orthopedic training at McGill University during which he completed his Master’s degree in experimental science. He pursued a prestigious fellowship at Western University followed by another two fellowships at the University of Toronto in Complex Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction and Trauma surgery. Currently, Dr. Morcos is an academic orthopedic surgeon at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital and an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Montreal.
Dr. Morcos is interested in rapid recovery and minimally invasive surgery, including a mini-posterior approach to the hip. He uses the most advanced and durable implants to treat his patients, along with the latest hip and knee replacement surgery technology. His expertise is in total hip and knee replacement, partial knee replacement and patellofemoral joint replacement.
