Dr. Khan was born in South Africa and did his university studies in Ireland, graduating as a doctor in 1979. He completed his internship and post internship in England, where he also completed his general practice training.
Dr. Khan worked in general practice anesthetics in South Africa. In 1990, he moved to Canada where he continued his career in general practice anesthetics. In addition, Dr. Khan has worked in rural areas such as Prairie and Swan Hills. His professional experience includes working as a gynecologist at Fort Saskatchewan Hospital and as a family physician at Londonderry Medicentres in Edmonton and McKenney Medicentres in St. Albert.
He sees a variety of patients in the office or by appointment. Dr. Khan also accepts patients for telemedicine consultations.
