Dr. Evans graduated at the top of his class in medical school at the University of Manitoba. He then completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Alberta. He has been a family medicine specialist for over 11 years and has worked in both urban and rural settings, emergency rooms, hospitals and the intensive care unit at Foothills Medical Centre. In addition to family medicine, he also has extensive experience in surgical assisting, minor surgical procedures, joint and trigger point injections, Botox injections for chronic migraine and allergy medicine. He has published original papers and lectured at international conferences. He has also taught medical students and residents throughout his career.
