Biography

Dr. Langlois completed her residency at The Université Laval University in neurology, adding a subspecialty in movement disorders at the Medical University of Ohio. She received additional training at the Cleveland Clinic and the Clinical Neuroscience Center, Michigan. At the CHU de Québec from 2005 to 2022, she was a pillar in the development of the movement disorders clinic and the surgery program for Parkinson’s disease. She has been involved at several levels in teaching at the Faculty of Medicine of the Université Laval and in research at the Research Center of the CHU de Québec, generating numerous scientific publications. She has been practicing at la Cité Médicale de Sainte-Foy since 2022, remaining active within the surgical evaluation team. She has been involved with Parkinson Quebec since 2011. Her expertise revolves around movement disorders, mainly Parkinson’s disease, tremors, dystonia, botulinum toxin injections and Huntington’s disease.
