Dr. Strank is originally from Manitoba. He was trained and practiced there for several years before moving to Alberta in 1997. He has also practiced a wide range of medicine from obstetrics to geriatrics and likes a little bit of everything. Dr. Strank also performs some minor surgery in the office and assists with surgical procedures in the hospital. It is very rewarding for him to have a long standing relationship with much of his practice, some going back as far as three or four generations.
His wife is a nurse and college instructor. They have two grown children and many cats. In his spare time, he plays several musical instruments, plays hockey and golf, and rides motorcycles.
