Elna Pediatrics Tiny Tots
Why Choose Us?
A Tradition of Excellence in Pediatrics, Since 1985
The Elna Pediatric Tiny Tots FMG clinic is the largest pediatric clinic in Canada. Our clinic is a reference in child development with our doctors who have been practicing here for over 35 years.
Through our complete and accessible range of medical services, we help children from 0 to 18 years of age thrive by supporting their health and development. Furthermore, our consultations are covered by the RAMQ.
Two locations to serve you better: Decarie Square and Dollard-des-Ormeaux
High Quality Care for Children of All Ages
We meet your children's specific medical needs and ensure that they achieve their growth and development goals. In addition, we provide you with the guidance, education, and resources you need to also assist them in their growth and development.
We adopt a multidisciplinary approach for your children's treatment: we ensure optimal collaboration between all the people involved in their care to work harmoniously and efficiently.
Return of In-Person Check-ups
Our clinics now allow you to have your health assessments in person while respecting the health measures in force. We are also available by telephone or videoconference for emergency and routine consultations and other consultation types.
We welcome all children (new patients and existing patients) for urgent care, through telemedicine and in-person appointments.
If a doctor requires a COVID-19 test, it will be performed on the site by a healthcare professional right after the medical consultation.
Our Medical Services
A Qualified and Dedicated Medical Staff
With approximately sixty doctors, nurses and paramedics, our team offers you almost twenty different services.
All our employees have the most up-to-date training in their field, thanks to continuing education and scientific reading.
You can count on our qualified and committed physicians: they all work together for the well-being of your children and your family.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we accept new patients for the following consultation reasons: illness or urgent care, specialist consultation with a referral, and private consultation with a therapist.
How to consult a pediatrician?
To make an appointment, all you need is a written referral from a doctor who is a member of the Collège des Médecins du Québec and to contact us. Our pediatricians have over five years of hospital training (in a teaching hospital), specialized in pediatrics, as well as several other years of relevant healthcare experience. As a result, they can manage 98% of all health problems usually referred to specialists in a hospital practice! Our pediatricians are usually available the same day or the next day.
What happens if the pediatrician cannot diagnose or help my child?
If the pediatrician cannot resolve your child's medical problem, he or she will quickly refer you to a specialist who works in a hospital. As our team will have already completed the initial investigations, the hospital specialist will be able to diagnose your child more rapidly.
How to prepare for an appointment during COVID?
Please be advised that all consultations will be handled through teleconsultation (phone or video). Your doctor or a medical scribe will call you at the date and time of your appointment (there may be a delay of more or less 15-20 minutes before or after the appointment time). Please ensure that your contact information is up to date in our database.
DO NOT GO TO THE CLINIC; YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER!
In preparation for your virtual consultation:
If possible, weigh and measure your child at home.
- Make sure you are in a well-lit area of your home (in case a video conference is required for the consultation).
- Make sure you have your pharmacy's fax number ready.
- Make sure you have your child's health insurance card and immunization record handy.
- Make sure your child is with you for your the appointment and is not sleeping.
- If possible (and if required), please send us a picture of your child's medical condition as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org (for Decarie Square clinic) or email@example.com (for Dollard-des-Ormeaux clinic).
- If you have a Caller ID on your phone, our call will probably be identified as coming from "Confidential Number" or "Unknown Number." Therefore, be sure to answer your call. If you have subscribed to a confidential number blocking service with your telephone provider, be sure to deactivate this function before the consultation.
If you do not have all of the above information in your possession at the time of the virtual consultation, the medical scribe or doctor will call you back later or on another day. Please note that the appointment may be considered as "missed."
If you have any concerns or questions, do not hesitate to contact us:

What health measures are you taking in your clinics to fight against COVID-19?
If your child has symptoms of COVID-19, he or she cannot come into our clinics (there is a trailer, outside the clinic, especially for patients with symptoms). When you arrive, we take your temperature and that of your child, and we will ask you questions about your health (COVID-19 symptom questionnaire). A positive response to any of the questions will require immediate departure. All of our staff and doctors are committed to respecting all sanitary measures in effect. Finally, we control access to the clinic so that the maximum number of patients inside is respected.
How to cancel an appointment?
Please inform us as soon as possible (at least 3 hours in advance) so that we can free the time slot for another patient.

Absolutely amazing clinic! The only one who has treated my children and who listens to our concerns. They were able to find my children's illnesses when the Montreal Children's Hospital missed them.
I have a great experience here, I love it. Every doctor we’ve interacted with so far in over 3 years, has been very helpful, kind and thorough. I recommend it, easy to book an appointment and convenient locations.
Doctors are available and take their time with the kid. They consider the whole person and not just one symptom. I feel my 3 kids are well taking care of.
We had our first visit to Tiny Tots. The online booking was easy and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The doctor was beyond amazing and also followed up with us to see how our daughter was feeling. Phenomenal! Thank you!
In general, I love the doctors and doctors assistants there. They are very friendly and very caring and good with the patient. And I never waited so long to see the doctor when I have appointments.
The staff were friendly and competent. My baby saw two doctors and the examination they did on him and the questions they asked me were so thorough. They weren't rushed in the slightest and they really listened and seemed to care. They were very interactive and sweet with my baby as well. They obviously know how to work with children! The overall time it took was a little long but it was still reasonable especially for a walk in and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you!
My experience was great. This center has everything you are looking for in 1 same location; parking, doctors, quick service, labs, meds, and more. I mean as mother, this is all you need. Great customer service at Tiny tots. The physician is super gentle and sweet.
