Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we accept new patients for the following visit reasons: illness or urgent care, specialist visit with referral and private visit from a therapist.

How to consult a pediatrician?

Our pediatricians have over 5 years of specialized training in hospital-based pediatrics in a teaching hospital, as well as years of experience. They can handle 98% of all problems referred to hospital specialists! Our pediatricians are generally available the same day or the next day. How can your child see an Elna Pediatrics Tiny Tots pediatrician today? All you need is a written recommendation from a physician approved by Quebec to make an appointment today!

What happens if the consulting pediatrician cannot diagnose or help my child?

If the pediatrician is unable to resolve the problem your child is having, they will make an appointment with a specialist in the hospital promptly. All the initial investigations will already be done and the hospital specialist will be able to diagnose your child more quickly. Either way, you save time.

How to prepare for an appointment during COVID?

Please note that all appointments will be made by teleconsultation (phone or video). You will be contacted by your doctor or by a medical scribe, on the date and time of your appointment (approximately 15-20 minutes before or after). Please make sure your contact details are up to date.

In anticipation of your planned virtual visit:
- If possible, try to weigh and measure your child at home.
- Make sure you are in a well-lit area of your home in case a video conference is required as part of the visit.
- Make sure you have your pharmacy fax number ready.
- Make sure you have the health insurance card and the vaccination record in hand.
- Make sure your child is with you on time for your appointment and is not asleep.
- If possible and necessary, please send a picture of your child's medical condition immediately to info@clubtinytots.ca for the Decarie Square clinic or at info@tinytots.ca for the Dollard-des-Ormeaux clinic
- The call will likely be from a "Blocked ID" or "Unknown" ID, be sure to answer your call and, if applicable, turn off this blocked call feature on your phone.

If you are not ready with the above information at the time of your appointment, the scribe or doctor will call you back later or on another day, and the appointment may be considered missed.

What health measures are you taking in your clinics to fight COVID-19?

If your child has symptoms of COVID-19, he cannot come to our clinics (there is a trailer, located outside the clinic, specially designed to receive patients with symptoms). When you arrive, we take your temperature and that of your child and ask you questions about your health (COVID-19 symptom questionnaire). You are asked to leave immediately in the event of a positive response. All of our staff and doctors take care to comply with all safety instructions. We regulate access to the clinic so that the maximum number of patients inside is respected.

Absolutely amazing clinic! The only one who has treated my children and who listens to our concerns. They were able to find my children's illnesses when the Montreal Children's Hospital missed them.

Amanda Collins

I have a great experience here, I love it. Every doctor we’ve interacted with so far in over 3 years, has been very helpful, kind and thorough. I recommend it, easy to book an appointment and convenient locations.

Marianna Licciardello

Doctors are available and take their time with the kid. They consider the whole person and not just one symptom. I feel my 3 kids are well taking care of.

Amélie Grégoire

We had our first visit to Tiny Tots. The online booking was easy and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The doctor was beyond amazing and also followed up with us to see how our daughter was feeling. Phenomenal! Thank you!

Sonia Matteo

In general, I love the doctors and doctors assistants there. They are very friendly and very caring and good with the patient. And I never waited so long to see the doctor when I have appointments.

Kelbinoor Kasim

The staff were friendly and competent. My baby saw two doctors and the examination they did on him and the questions they asked me were so thorough. They weren't rushed in the slightest and they really listened and seemed to care. They were very interactive and sweet with my baby as well. They obviously know how to work with children! The overall time it took was a little long but it was still reasonable especially for a walk in and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you!

Tanya B

My experience was great. This center has everything you are looking for in 1 same location; parking, doctors, quick service, labs, meds, and more. I mean as mother, this is all you need. Great customer service at Tiny tots. The physician is super gentle and sweet.
