Support along the way.
Difficulties with attention or organization can have several causes. Our team will guide you through an assessment and discuss the next steps with you.
What’s included
- Two consultations with a doctor, one before and one after the assessment
- One consultation with a nurse
- An ECG if needed
- Annual membership and administration fees
- Help coordinating specialist follow-up when needed
- One set of lab tests; additional tests billed separately
Each package covers one person and is valid for one year. If you have a valid package, your spouse or an immediate family member aged 14 or older can get 10% off their own package.
You can give one of your follow-up appointments to someone aged 14 or older who lives in Québec. The appointment covers a single health concern and cannot be used for a comprehensive health assessment.
Your doctor will recommend blood tests based on your needs. Each package includes one set of lab tests. Any additional tests are billed separately.
Before your visit
Ask our team about age requirements, how the assessment works, the report you’ll receive and follow-up care. An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription or workplace accommodation.
