See a doctor for a health assessment, a medical concern or follow-up care, whether or not you have a family doctor. We welcome patients aged 14 and older. When needed, our team helps members book appointments at the public specialist clinic in the same medical complex.

See a doctor, get support from our team and access specialist care when needed, all in the same medical complex. At the Complexe médical ELNA Centre-Ville, private primary care is available alongside several other health services.

    Book a private medical appointment for a health assessment, a concern or follow-up care. Whether or not you have a family doctor, we’ll help you choose the right service.

    Get a referral when needed

    If you need specialist care, your doctor can refer you to the public specialist clinic in the same complex. For ELNA Private Care members, our team helps book appointments and coordinate follow-up.

    Keep your care connected

    From medical appointments and CDL lab tests to follow-up on your results, our team helps you plan the next steps based on your medical needs.

ELNA Private Care consultations are paid services and are not covered by RAMQ. The public specialist clinic operates separately. Its services are covered by RAMQ for eligible patients, require a medical referral and are subject to availability. ELNA membership does not guarantee registration with the family medicine group (GMF), priority access or a specific wait time to see a specialist.

Your doctor will assess your concerns and discuss your next steps. Medical consultations, CDL sample collection and the public specialist clinic are all available at the Complexe médical ELNA Centre-Ville.

  • Minor urgent care or follow-up · 20 min · $175 member / $235 non-member
  • Complex follow-up appointment · 30 min · $225 member / $285 non-member
  • Health assessment and care plan · 45 min · $285 member / $345 non-member
The $129 annual membership is optional. It covers one person. Members save $60 per visit on individually booked medical services, including health assessments, consultations and minor urgent care. The discount does not apply to CDL laboratory tests. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Annual membership is included in Alliance Santé, Alliance Signature, Équilibre 360, ADHD and ADHD+ packages.

Start with a medical consultation and blood tests from $575. If your doctor recommends an iron infusion, you can receive it here at the centre.

Infusion fees cover administration only. The iron preparation is not included and must be purchased separately.

For minor urgent health concerns, appointments are generally available within 24 hours, or the same day if you contact us before noon. Our team will confirm availability.
