Get testing and care from a nurse through our partnership with CDL Laboratories. Services are provided under collective prescriptions, with a nurse consultation, tests and a prescription if needed included in the price.
HOW IT WORKS
See a nurse.
Get the care you need.
Under a collective prescription, a registered nurse can assess you, carry out tests and provide a prescription for treatment if your results call for it. For these services, you don’t need to see a doctor first.
See a nurse
Meet with a registered nurse for a confidential 20-minute consultation and have your sample collected on site. No requisition or doctor’s appointment is needed.
Get your results
Results are available within 1 business day. If you need treatment based on your results, the nurse will provide a prescription.

The price includes a consultation with a nurse, the tests and a prescription if needed. Results are available within 1 business day, and we provide a receipt for your insurance claim.

Prices published by CDL at testlabo.ca as of October 5, 2026, subject to change. The “With Alliance” column shows the amount to pay with the test included in Alliance Santé and Alliance Signature.
Included in Alliance Santé and Alliance Signature. One test per year under a collective prescription at any CDL location, up to a value of $150. If your chosen service costs more, you pay the difference. Our team explains how to use it.

Each service starts with a brief eligibility check. If you don’t meet the criteria for care under a collective prescription, our team will direct you to a medical consultation.
