The $129 annual membership is optional. It covers one person. Members save $60 per visit on individually booked medical services, including health assessments, consultations and minor urgent care. The discount does not apply to CDL laboratory tests. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Annual membership is included in Alliance Santé, Alliance Signature, Équilibre 360, ADHD and ADHD+ packages.
Non-members pay $60 more per visit. Membership starts saving you money on your third individually booked visit within the year. Additional tests or services cost extra.

* Unlimited minor urgent-care visits are for the member’s own medically necessary care, subject to availability and reasonable use. Follow-up care is limited to the two appointments included in the package.

Your doctor will recommend blood tests based on your needs. Each package includes one set of lab tests. Any additional tests are billed separately. Each package covers one person and is valid for one year. If you have a valid package, your spouse or an immediate family member aged 14 or older can get 10% off their own package.

Each package includes a 20-minute medical consultation and blood tests. Your doctor will determine whether you need an iron infusion.

Infusion fees cover administration only. The iron preparation is not included and must be purchased separately.
These packages offer better value than booking each service separately. The $129 membership fee is waived for this service only. Annual membership is not included.
If you don’t need an infusion, you’ll pay only for the $575 assessment package. Allow 20 minutes for your consultation with a health care provider, plus time to have your blood drawn. You won’t need to set aside any extra time for an infusion.
Infusion times do not include the observation period afterwards.
